The Alter Ego Dance Party you know and love returns, one more time!
For ten years, on the last Saturday of every March, Albuquerque has fulfilled its appetite of good
vibes with live music, mustaches,and amazing people. The Moustachio Bashio has become
Albuquerque’s longest running and wildest theme party. So, Strap on your dancing boots, fly
your freak flag, and style up the moustachio.
The Bashio is turning ten, and everyone is invited to the birthday party.
Live Performances from Juno What , Live funk, disco and electronica, with Joey Porter and Garrett Sayers of the Motet.
With local favorites Rand Larzeny, James Black, Illkid, Zenova, and Pherkad.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: Poolside has rescheduled for JULY 16th at EL REY and ALL ticket holders to MB will receive FREE entry with their ticket stub or will be on WILL CALL if purchased online!)
The “Best In Show” Moustache Competition , A chance for everyone to compete in
moustache glory. Doe’s YOUR moustache have what it takes to be a winner? Compete in one
of six categories, including “The Business Casual”, “The Dirty Sanchez”, “Legendary”, “Damn
That’s Sexy”, “The Bearded Lady”, and “The Best in Show”. Guys and Girls are encouraged to
dress in costume, dapper, wild, funky, and Alter Ego themes, just to name a few.
Awards and prizes given to all the winners.

Artist Kevin Vigil will be hosting a group of local and regional live painters. A Portion of the
proceeds of Kevin Vigil’s event poster will be donated to charity.
Comedian Kevin Baca with be auctioning his moustache. Donate one dollar to cast a vote on
the type of moustache Kevin will style during the party. He will shave the winning style live.
Proceeds will donate the charity, Conscious Alliance.
Take a photo with moustache themed Stars Characters from the 501 Legion. Proceeds will also
donate Conscious Alliance.
