But the profit of such treatments and products isn’t what New Moon focuses on, instead they focus on the health and quality of life improvements of such treatments. Though of course, as a beautification product, its use in such things is something that is very relevant as well. For Daxify in particular, not only is it useful for beautification it can also be used to help with chronic migraines.
But the sheer amount of options and services New Moon offers is one of its biggest strengths. New Moon has branched out a lot since it’s initial start in the hospice industry. It’s branched into various other services to the point that it started out offering only four services, but now it offers a staggering twelve services. That variety means that New Moon has
a lot to offer to people. It means they can reach a wide variety of patients who have different issues and be able to help them. This means their focus on general health is something that they can follow through with great success.
New Moon is also different from its competitors due to its relationship with Willow Donations. New Moon doesn’t accept tips; it directs such things to good causes, and that’s primarily Willow Donations. It’s the only business among its competitors that does so.
New Moon’s main long term goals are to expand their clientele and reputation, differentiate itself from its competitors, and, in the long term, create a spa. Expanding their clientele and reputation are things that are deeply connected to each other, doing their usual fantastic and quality work with great service will reinforce their reputation and get them more customers. It also means that they’re going to be making a lot of money which, when combined with New Moon’s previous experience with expansions, means that their goal of creating a spa is something that’s viable for them to do while maintaining their high standards of care.
