Engaging with Leadership: Insights from Daniel Chavez

  1. Founding Vision: What inspired you to establish Indeed Safety Inc., and how has the company’s mission evolved since its inception in 2015? David and I started Indeed Safety to help smaller companies that couldn’t afford a full-time safety professional but needed help landing bigger projects or projects on one of our National Labs. Since then, we have evolved into helping all companies, big and small.
  2. Industry Challenges: In your experience, what are the most pressing safety challenges facing the construction industry today, and how does Indeed Safety address them? With companies’ busy schedules, finding the time to send employees to get the required training is a problem. Indeed Safety has specialized in helping our clients and has tried our best to accommodate their schedules.
  3. Training Approach: Could you elaborate on the methodologies employed in your safety training programs to ensure they are both engaging and effective for participants? Adult training is a challenge. Most adults have to hear, see, and do it to understand the training the best. Indeed safety training facility has a variety of safety equipment our students could try onand put their hands on, including a confined space tower with a tripod to demonstrate the rescue procedures.
  4. Technological Integration: How is Indeed Safety incorporating emerging technologies to enhance workplace safety and training outcomes?
  5. Client Relationships: Building long-term relationships is crucial in consulting. What strategies does Indeed Safety implement to maintain and strengthen client partnerships over time? Indeed Safety is big on partnering with our clients and building lasting relationships. We work hard to make sure we listen to our clients’ needs and deliver the best product at the best price. We are also big on ensuring we are there when needed, such as a full-time safety professional or project audits, or their safety training needs. Partnering in safety and helping our clients’ employees go home safe to their families is very important to Indeed Safety and our safety professionals.
  6. Future Outlook: Looking ahead, what are your aspirations for Indeed Safety, and how do you envision the company’s role in shaping the future of workplace safety standards? At Indeed Safety, our core aspiration is to lead the evolution of workplace safety by leveraging innovation, deep industry expertise, and a commitment to empowering workers at every level. We envision a future where safety is not just a requirement—it’s a culture, deeply embedded in every organization’s DNA.

As Indeed Safety Inc. continues to grow, one thing remains constant: its steadfast commitment to putting people first. By combining hands-on expertise, adaptive training strategies, and genuine partnership with their clients, Daniel and David Chavez have built more than a consulting firm—they’ve built a movement toward safer, smarter workplaces. From job sites to boardrooms, Indeed Safety is redefining what it means to protect, empower, and lead. In a world where safety can never be an afterthought, they’re proving it can be a competitive edge—and a deeply human one.
